Return & Refund Policy

At VogueHide, we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your leather jacket, we’ve outlined our return and refund process to make it as easy as possible for you.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The jacket must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are non-returnable.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.

2. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@voguehide.com. Provide your order details, and we will send you return instructions. Please note, the item must be returned with a valid proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your jacket for a different size, color, or style, please email us at help@voguehide.com. If the requested item is available, we will guide you through the exchange process.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photographs of the damaged or incorrect product. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards or promotional items

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect products). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. VogueHide is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
