1. What types of leather do you use for jackets?
We use only premium full-grain leather and top-grain leather for our jackets, ensuring maximum durability, comfort, and a luxurious feel.
2. How should I care for my leather jacket?
To maintain your jacket’s beauty, keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use a leather conditioner regularly to preserve its softness. For storage, hang your jacket on a wide-shouldered hanger and keep it in a cool, dry place.
3. Do you offer custom or personalized leather jackets?
Currently, we do not offer customizations, but we are continuously working to expand our services. Stay tuned for updates!
4. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the jacket is unused, in its original condition, and has the tags attached. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
5. How long does shipping take?
- Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: Currently unavailable.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only offer domestic shipping within the U.S. We hope to expand internationally soon.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can track your jacket’s journey right from the email link.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
9. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours after placement. After that, we cannot make changes, as the order will be processed.
